I just wanna share how much love I feel for Zumba and Yogilates right now. I am so so tired and beat. IN A GOOD WAY. I woke up really early today so I could join the morning group classes. I attended Yogilates first because I missed the first session of Zumba. Yogilates (yogilatees) is a fusion between Yoga and Pilates. It’s not as hard as I imagined it to be! Really relaxing if you ask me. 🙂 There’s a one hour break after Yogilates and then time for Zumba. Spent that one hour lifting weights and cycling. Zumba’s a latin based dance workout and it’s really fun! Seriously made me sweat tons. Everyone’s just so game to dance! If you have the chance, I recommend that you guys try Zumba. It’s not boring at all! If you’re in for a “zen” kind of session, go for Yogilates or simply Yoga! It’s a great way to take your mind off things.
